Customers can retrieve their policy documents online from 22 June 2024. This is an enhancement to the existing Pay Quote platform at www.aig.sg/online-services where customers log in with Singpass, ensuring the same familiar secure customer authentication flow.
Once they log in with Singpass, customers will be able to view and download their active policy documents, renewal notices, and pay for pending new business and renewal quotes generated from eWay on a consolidated platform.
